I have been to Steve twice with issues concerning my laptop: 1) Broken laptop screen and 2) fan issues. I have been very impressed by the speedy, efficient service Steve has provided. On both occasions I have had my laptop returned with the problem fixed and returned in a rapid fashion. Steve is a very approachable guy with sound knowledge. If I have any further problems with my laptop, I’ll definitely be calling Steve.
