Since leaving school I have worked in many different computer industries, ranging from fixing computers and setting up networks, through to designing many different types of marketing requirements. Today I run my own printing company and a separate photography company. I miss the days of fixing and troubleshooting computer problems for clients so I am now doing this freelance also.
I have been to Steve twice with issues concerning my laptop: 1) Broken laptop screen and 2) fan issues. I have been very impressed by the speedy, efficient service Steve has provided. On both occasions I have had my laptop returned with the problem fixed and returned in a rapid fashion. Steve is a very approachable guy with sound knowledge. If I have any further problems with my laptop, I’ll definitely be calling Steve.
Dear Steve, I am absolutely delighted with the new machine. It runs all my image editing and web related work at a terrific speed and I am also finding Windows 7 to be very good. Thank you for the work you did with the rebrand. We have been getting very good feedback on the new website, corporate brochure, letterheads, logos and business cards. The web site in particular is proving very beneficial. Having a mobile enabled site with a fully integrated content management system is proving to be very useful, and also proving to be a key marketing tool to help us compete for new business.
